The White Family Practice Clinic is a satellite clinic of the Hendricks Community Hospital that opened in July of 1996. The clinic is located in the south wing of the White Health Care Center at 302 E 5th Street, White SD.
The clinic is open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Services provided by the clinic focus on prevention and wellness. Patients are seen for well child and adult exams, athletic physicals, DOT physicals, routine care for chronic diseases such as diabetes and hypertension, acute episodic care for sudden onset of an illness, phlebotomy, and EKGs.
The clinic is staffed by Jo Gibson, Certified Nurse Practitioner. Dr Tabb McCluskey DO, comes to the clinic in White on Monday afternoons.
